Site Manager / Project Manager (New Build Apartments – Limerick)Location: Limerick, IrelandSalary: c. €90K + benefitsContract Type: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the CompanyOur client is a leading property developer with a strong track record in delivering high-quality residential schemes across Ireland, the UK and Europe.With a robust pipeline of projects and a reputation for excellence, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee a significant new build apartment development in Limerick.The RoleYou will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of a multi-unit apartment development, from groundworks through to completion. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager or Project Manager role, ideally on large-scale residential projects
  • Proven experience managing new build apartment developments
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
