Drive product sales to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across the various sectors of the business.
Expand sales opportunities within the existing client base by identifying needs and offering tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Become an expert on the company's product portfolio, understanding their benefits and applications.
Present product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients.
Educate clients on how the products align with their operational needs, sustainability goals, and budget considerations.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including facility managers, procurement teams, and business owners.
Provide ongoing support and advice to clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research and Strategy
Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategies.
Identify and target high-potential industries or segments within the FM market.
Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, operations, and marketing, to align on sales goals and product strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records and activity logs.
Provide regular updates to management on pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market feedback.
Key Skills and Experience
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within Facilities Management, B2B environments, or a product-focused industry.
Strong understanding of the FM sector and its operational needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify client pain points and present tailored product solutions.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Experience using CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.
Must have full clean driving license.
