Experience: 12-15 Years | Role: Solution / Enterprise ArchitectRole Summary : Lead the end‑to‑end architecture and solution design of enterprise‑scale Source‑to‑Pay implementations on the ServiceNow platform. Act as the design authority ensuring the solution is scalable, compliant, and aligned to procurement, finance, audit, and IT standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn overall S2P solution architecture covering Sourcing, Contract Management, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle, Invoicing, and Approvals
Define OOTB vs configuration vs customization strategy with strong platform governance
Architect integrations with ERP (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), finance, supplier portals, and external systems
Ensure compliance with audit, procurement regulations, SoD, and approval controls
Provide architectural leadership across presales, design, build, UAT, and rollout
Engage senior stakeholders; present solution options, trade‑offs, and roadmaps
Review and approve HLDs, LLDs, and technical designsRequirements10+ years on ServiceNow, deep specialization in S2P / SPO
Strong knowledge of procurement & finance processes (S2C, P2P, contracts, invoicing)
Solid grasp of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, App Engine, Performance Analytics
Experience designing secure, resilient integration architectures
Certifications (Preferred)ServiceNow CTA /CMA
