- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or operations roles within a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Experience working with material readiness (i. e., bill of materials, production schedules), production control, or supplier performance management, across all phases of product life-cycle, from prototype to mass production to end of life.
- Experience in data center, construction, hyperscale cloud infrastructure, or capital equipment supply chains.
- Experience in discussing early funding and managing capacity across multiple, global suppliers.
- Experience delivering products and managing large projects; with knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to customize communications based on the audience, interacting effectively with technical, non-technical, and executive groups.
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous/unstructured environment, employing critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Oversee end-to-end material and supply chain readiness to ensure a "clear-to-build" status for data center equipment, including the execution of plans for global production ramp and availability.
- Establish and institutionalize new processes and frameworks for material, inventory, and production management to reduce lead times and increase global supply chain capacity.
- Act as the primary liaison with suppliers to manage production schedules, purchase orders, and material commitments, including inventory buffers and risk buys.
- Assess and communicate supply chain risks, developing mitigation plans and documenting global supply chain maps to ensure continuity across procurement, logistics, and fulfilment.
- Lead collaboration with engineering, planning, and category managers to represent supply chain status in program meetings and drive optimizations to team scale and capability.
