- Provide technical support to internal and external customers, including architects, engineers, and specifiers.
- Collaborate with the sales and specification teams to support building system solutions.
- Deliver presentations and technical consultations for projects and specifying bodies.
- Utilise tools such as BIM, CAD, U-value calculators, and thermal modelling software.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and improve service.
- Maintain technical knowledge, including Safety and Building Regulations.
- Manage projects and maintain technical documentation for internal use.
- Relevant construction qualification (Architect, Architectural Technologist, Chartered Surveyor, Engineer).
- 5+ years’ experience in technical support within the construction industry.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; Revit experience desirable.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
