- Optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by multiple scrum teams in the EMEA region as well as coordinating and facilitating scrum ceremonies
- Working closely with business users and development teams to build and implement best in class risk management finance solutions
- Owning the Daily Radiator / sprint reviews / capacity planning / quarterly planning / etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, X
- Ability to lead and influence teams in adopting the Agile principles while ensuring the correct use of Scrum process
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with work management and collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence SharePoint
- Proven experience in identifying and managing the risks, issues and dependencies related to large, complex programmes
- Agile Experience
- Scrum Certification
- Experience working within Financial Services
- Ability to positively drive work forward, collaborate with team members, and act with transparency
- Extensive experience in a service oriented organization to meet the requirements of multiple stakeholder
- Proven ability to operate within the global environment operating from multiple locations and time zones
