ATC operates in a dynamic global market where clients demand a service that is right first time, every time; we are recruiting motivated and driven people to work in a company that is Driving Forward.RequirementsWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented H&S Administrator to support our Health & Safety function across European operations. This role is critical in maintaining compliance standards by developing and maintaining Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), managing the RAMS tracker, and supporting Health & Safety Advisors during inspections.Role Requirements & Responsibilities
  • Create, review, and update RAMS in line with operational activities and evolving site requirements.
  • Maintain the RAMS tracker, ensuring all entries are up to date, accurate, and reflective of current operational risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with Health & Safety Advisors across Europe by providing administrative and compliance support before, during, and after H&S inspections.
  • Track and follow up on actions arising from inspections to ensure timely resolution and documentation.
  • Ensure all RAMS documents are aligned with company standards and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Coordinate H&S training schedules and maintain staff training records (including inductions, refreshers, and practical trainings).
  • Manage the PPE ordering process and inventory control.
  • Liaise with operational teams to gather input and verify accuracy of safety documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Health, Safety, and compliance systems.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
  • Assist with the ATC Health & Safety initiatives and procedures to ensure it is effective across multiple sites.
  • Other duties as assigned in line with your skills and experience.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in Health & Safety or compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of RAMS and their role in workplace safety.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, including document control and tracker management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint); experience with safety management systems is a plus.
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
  • Fluency in English.
The following qualifications, skills and experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience with MS SharePoint in a corporate environment
  • Relevant 3rd Level EHS qualification desirable but not essential.
  • ISO45001:2018 or other quality management approaches
