- Supervise and lead warehouse team members during the packing shift.
- Motivate and manage staff to meet daily productivity and efficiency targets based on KPIs
- Ensure all customer orders are packed accurately, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements to maximise workflow efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse.
- Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.
- Assist with staff training and onboarding where required.
- Oversee the correct use of systems and processes, including order management.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure operational goals are achieved based on efficiency & KPI’s
- Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Proven supervisory or management experience (essential).
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, retail fulfilment, or similar operational environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve performance targets.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail, particularly regarding order accuracy and quality control.
- Computer literate and comfortable using warehouse management or ERP systems (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
