Lead and motivate production teams across shifts for smooth daily operations
Support the Production Manager in hitting key KPIs
Identify and implement process improvements
Develop team capability through coaching and training
Champion food safety, hygiene, and H&S standards
Resolve day-to-day staff issues and escalate where necessary
Contribute to production planning, audits, and cross-functional projects
Monitor productivity and drive engagement initiatives

What You Bring

Supervisory experience in manufacturing (Food/FMCG preferred)
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
Strong understanding of production processes and factory operations
Knows how to deliver process improvements
Hands-on, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to food safety and quality
