Tax Lawyer – DublinLocation: Dublin | Leading Corporate Law FirmA leading corporate law firm is seeking to hire an experienced Tax Lawyer (5+ Years PQE) to join its busy and expanding Dublin-based tax team. The team provides a broad range of taxation advisory and transactional services to international and domestic clients across multiple sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a varied role with exposure to high-profile work in areas such as:

International tax and cross-border structuring for corporate reorganisations and inward investment
Mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and IPOs
Tax controversy and dispute resolution
Capital markets and structured finance
Private equity transactions and transfer pricing
Asset and project finance, including aircraft and equipment
Real estate tax and transactional support

Candidate Requirements

5+ years’ post-qualification experience in tax within a corporate law firm
Qualified solicitor or barrister
Professional tax and/or accounting qualification required (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA)
Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment
