Link Personnel is working with a top-tier international law firm to appoint an experienced Legal Support Manager for its Dublin office. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing a team of PAs and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, efficient and forward-thinking support service.   • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholder engagement on support services
  • Build trusted relationships and provide practical, solutions-led guidance
  • Attend partner and team meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
People Leadership
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of PAs, promoting accountability and high standards
  • Manage performance, including regular reviews and addressing any issues proactively
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and retention, alongside salary and performance reviews
  • Oversee hybrid working arrangements and ensure consistent team coverage
Operations & Delivery
  • Manage resource planning and workload allocation across teams
  • Use data to inform decisions and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and continuously enhance processes
  • Lead team meetings and ensure clear follow-through on actions and objectives
Technology & Continuous Improvement
  • Promote effective use of systems and tools to improve service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive efficiencies
  • Carry out quality checks and implement improvements where needed
Projects & Collaboration
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects across the firm
  • Work closely with peers across offices to ensure consistency and alignment
  • Support change initiatives and drive a positive, solutions-focused approach
Experience
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Commercial awareness with experience in planning and delivering projects
  • Focus on delivering a high standard of client service
  • Comfortable adopting new technologies and driving continuous improvement
