- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholder engagement on support services
- Build trusted relationships and provide practical, solutions-led guidance
- Attend partner and team meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of PAs, promoting accountability and high standards
- Manage performance, including regular reviews and addressing any issues proactively
- Support recruitment, onboarding and retention, alongside salary and performance reviews
- Oversee hybrid working arrangements and ensure consistent team coverage
- Manage resource planning and workload allocation across teams
- Use data to inform decisions and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and continuously enhance processes
- Lead team meetings and ensure clear follow-through on actions and objectives
- Promote effective use of systems and tools to improve service delivery
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive efficiencies
- Carry out quality checks and implement improvements where needed
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects across the firm
- Work closely with peers across offices to ensure consistency and alignment
- Support change initiatives and drive a positive, solutions-focused approach
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Commercial awareness with experience in planning and delivering projects
- Focus on delivering a high standard of client service
- Comfortable adopting new technologies and driving continuous improvement
