Job Description:This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in our Dublin office at least two times per week.The Opportunity:Workhuman’s Mobile team is looking for an experienced iOS Engineer who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our SAAS application. Your primary focus will be the development of iPhone/iPad features and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other developers and collaborating with Product and UX to ensure the creation of a sophisticated and easy to use design, and the delivery of a quality product.

Solve hard-to-see user pain points such as performance, monitoring crash rates and user metrics
Contribute to team activities such as sprint planning & backlog refinement sessions, daily stand-ups and retrospectives with our Scrum team
Work closely with Product & UX, be part of the design discussions/decisions and execute an idea from concept to delivery
Work with our DevOps and Architecture teams to move to a continuous deployment model
Ensure high code quality and maintainability and follow best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools
Contribute to a knowledge-sharing and an open and collaborative work environment

The skills you will bring:

5+ years of industry experience in developing native iOS applications in Swift/Objective-C and experience with SwiftUI is a plus
Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines
Experience with Push notifications, designing API’s and back-end services
Familiar with the composable Architecture (TCA/VIPER) is a plus
Familiar with building Swift packages
Experience with SonarCloud, Firebase and other monitoring and observability tools
Understanding of DevOps practices and have experience in designing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Bitrise or Fastlane
Experience with unit, UI and integration testing
Understanding of A/B testing is a plus
Strong communication skills, user empathy and great product sense
An interest in building tools for technical and non-technical users
Self-driven and openness to learn quickly without being afraid to dig deep
Open collaboration with the team on shared items of work and great communication with team members across multiple locations
Enjoy sharing knowledge and mentoring other team members
Fullstack experience, or openness to it, is a plus
