Nightshift Warehouse Supervisor

• Coordinating freight consolidation for nightly dispatch on transportation vehicles.
• Ensuring proper staging of all freight from the night sort in designated courier bays.
• Passing on daily debriefs to the AM Shift team.
• Strict adherence to Health & Safety Procedures.
• Meeting depot Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborating with PM/AM Shift Supervisors to address and resolve any operational issues.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in warehouse and work areas.
• Safely and efficiently handling customer goods/freight.
• Minimizing misroutes through accurate sorting and organization of freight.
• Conducting thorough scanning of all freight for depot efficiency.
• Contributing effectively as a team member.
• Motivating team members and evaluating performance.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at a commercially acceptable level.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Email, Reporting platforms, and CRM systems.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Irish geography and depot coverage areas.
• Previous experience in the logistics industry.
