Job Title: Supply PlannerLocation: Dublin (Hybrid - 3 days on site per week)Employment Type: PermanentCompany OverviewOur client is a global pharmaceutical organisation currently undergoing a phase of significant expansion. They are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join their Dublin operation and play a key role in managing global supply planning activities.Role OverviewThe Supply Planner will be responsible for all tactical planning activities, including purchase order placement and global inventory management. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities

Manage all tactical supply planning activities for assigned products on a global scale
Place purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to meet demand requirements
Oversee global inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels across markets
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve supply issues
Analyse supply data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data within SAP and other planning tools
Support continuous improvement projects within the supply chain function

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a supply planning role within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong working knowledge of SAP (required); experience with IBP is desirable
Proven ability to manage global supply chains and inventory levels
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Must be eligible to work permanently in Ireland without visa restrictions
