Act as the lead relationship manager for a portfolio of global clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead initiatives to expand product adoption
Advise clients on digital engagement strategies, helping them unlock value through data-driven marketing
Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
Develop and manage opportunity pipelines to maximize account performance
Oversee cross-functional delivery teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to completion
Collaborate internally to shape product enhancements and strategic initiatives based on client feedback
What You Bring
Proven experience managing complex, high-value accounts in a global context
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact
Track record of successful project delivery in client-facing environments
Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and B2B technology ecosystems
Collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and strategic thinking
Minimum 5 years in senior account management or client services within tech/SaaS
