- Lead end-to-end change management for a large-scale technology and process transformation impacting over 1,000 employees
- Develop and executed a comprehensive change strategy, including stakeholder mapping, risk management, impact assessments, readiness planning, and structured adoption tracking.
- Manage engagement with cross-functional stakeholders and employee representatives, ensuring alignment, effective consultation, and minimal operational disruption.
- Design and delivered targeted communications, role-based training frameworks, and practical performance support materials to enable behavioural change and sustained adoption.
- Establish and mobilised a change champion network, coordinated site-level readiness activities, and implemented post-launch support and benefits measurement to ensure long-term success.
- 5–10+ years change management experience
- Experience leading large scale change initiatives
- Change management qualifications are desirable
- Track record of building strong internal relationships from line managers up to C-Suite
