Support Worker - Mainstream ResidentialContract: Full-time Permanent PositionTypical schedule: 10 sleepover shifts (15 hours + 9 hours sleepover) or 8-12-hour day shifts depending on serviceSalary: €14.32 plus allowancesLocation: Monsktown, CorkRequirements:
  • QQI Level 5 or 6 in applied Social Studies, Health, Youth and Community Work or similar
  • Car and full Licence
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children or young people in a social care setting or relevant
  • Full Flexibility to work a residential roster including sleep in nights
To work as part of a care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care.To promote teamwork, carry out administrative duties as required and to perform key working roles when selected to do so / required.To take part in the company's Performance Development Plan through fullparticipation in the biannual assessment and appraisals.Benefits
