Experience:
A minimum of 2 years senior experience in healthcare required. This should include:
- Detailed knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems - their core functionality and capabilities and utility in practice.
- A track record of analysis and requirement definition in EHR Projects and Programmes with health service organisations.
- Supporting development of strong Business Cases for required investment
- Successful track record of analysing, defining and articulating requirements for systems
- Consulting with key stakeholders to reach consensus on prioritised requirements in a market achievable manner
- Prince 2 Certification at Practitioner Level
- Working within structured Project Methodologies, for example Prince2
Proven experience of activities such as problem solving, analytics and relevant contribution to key decisions including:
- Needs analysis
- Landscape scanning – including product, stakeholder and regulatory
- Supporting architecture development
- Clear written communications skills including report writing
- Strong knowledge of EHR market including strategic developments
- Strong experience of delivery in a timely manner and to a high degree of quality
- Specifications of Requirements
- Meeting and Workshop materials
- Procurement materials
