In this role, you will develop high- performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service and innovative solutions.To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:A great track record as a senior business analystExperience working on Agile / Scrum projectsA design thinker, someone who thinks visuallyExperience with customer research, creating persona, mapping customer journey’s, writing user stories and being the voice of the customerStakeholder managementFlexible, adaptable and passionate about innovationExperience of Agile documentation including Backlogs, Customer Journeys, Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria etc.Experience of a variety of requirements elicitation techniques, (e.g. interviews, questionnaires, user observation, workshops, role playing and prototyping)Good facilitation and influencing skills - able to work with large groups (of varying levels of seniority from user to board level)Excellent communication skills - able to communicate with and present to clients from both technical and non-technical backgrounds
