- Regularly reviewing and updating company risk assessments, method statements and SOP’s.
- Conduct regular audits, safety inspections, risk assessments and site checks.
- Lead and promote a culture of zero harm and continuous improvement in relation to all health and safety work practices.
- Ensure the implications of changes in legislation and safety management techniques are communicated and implemented throughout the Company.
- Build and maintain effective key relationships with other departments and 3rd parties.
- Delivery of basic Health & Safety Training, including Manual Handling and Chemical Handling.
- Health & Safety qualification.
- 2+ years’ experience in a related role.
- Full driving licence
- Manual Handling Instructor Qualification
- Advanced knowledge of OHSAS 18001
- Knowledge of ADR, REACH, SCIP, SVHC
