Financial ControllerOur client is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to take full ownership of their finance function.This is a stand-alone role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing both the transactional and strategic sides of finance and will be a critical part of the senior leadership team.Key Responsibilities:· Manage all day-to-day finance operations: AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.· Prepare monthly accounts, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.· Process payroll and ensure compliance with Irish tax and statutory requirements.· Lead the year-end close and external audit process.· Partner with the business to provide financial insights and drive performance.Requirements:· ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.· Proven experience managing a full finance function, ideally in an SME.· Strong knowledge of Irish accounting, tax, and payroll legislation.· Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.This role offers a competitive salary, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact in a growing business.APPLY NOW!#CplCorkFin#LI-MB3
