The candidate must have at least 2 years' experience in the same environment. The duties include: · Collaborates with clients to understand their event objectives and target audience, identifying key marketing requirements specific to high-end, immersive dining experiences for weddings, corporate events, and other celebrations. · Develops and implements both quantitative and qualitative market research strategies to gather insights on trends, client preferences, and industry best practices related to luxury catering. Presents actionable findings and recommendations to clients. · Works closely with relevant departments (chefs, event coordinators, design teams) to discuss potential changes in design, pricing, packaging, and promotion based on research findings, ensuring a seamless, sensory-rich dining experience that enhances the event atmosphere. · Coordinates with the advertising team to ensure marketing materials reflect the bespoke nature of the service. Monitors advertising campaigns, tracking progress and liaising with clients for any necessary adjustments to meet their vision and expectations. Salary: €39,000 per annum. Hours: 39 per week.
