- Oversee, monitor, and analyse operational and financial processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide management KPIs and insights for tracking costs, budgets, and margins.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement cost control measures and reduce operational expenses.
- Conduct variance analysis between budget forecasts and actual results, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
- Lead and develop site finance teams to support operational and supply chain excellence.
- Enhance financial systems, policies, and procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting.
- Oversee the customer tendering process, ensuring products are costed accurately and competitively.
- Project manage the implementation of a new IT System.
- Represent finance at monthly management meetings and provide ad hoc analysis for the Divisional Finance Director and General Manager.
- Ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with previous experience in management or a supervisory role in operations/finance.
- Previous IT System implementation is desirable.
