We’ve been focused on public sector employees for over 50 years, learning how to bring our clients the best financial services – from car, home, health and life insurance, to income protection, retirement planning and beyond.Role PurposeCornmarket’s Retirement Planning Support (RPS) Team Leader is responsible for the efficient running of and day to day operations of the RPS team. The RPS team are a telephony-based team that provide support to our clients and book them in for financial planning appointments with our team of consultants.Coaching and training team members is an important aspect of this role. The RPS Team Leader will ensure that all team tasks are achieved within SLA and to an excellent standard. Therefore, supporting and monitoring team members performance towards meeting team and individual objectives is an important aspect of this role.This is a fixed-term contract position.Accountabilities of the RoleMonitor and prioritise work within the retirement planning support team, ensuring quality appointments are booked in each week and that all administration tasks are completed within the applicable SLA and compliantlyConduct weekly individual and team meetings, to coach, support, and guide team members towards meeting agreed objectivesWork with the Financial Planning Support Manager to carry out performance management reviews & objective setting for team membersManage all types of leave (annual, sick etc.) for the teamDevelop and enhance relationships across the business to ensure effective delivery for the retirement planning support teamSupervise and manage all retirement planning support team lead sources effectively.
