Role: Project Quantity SurveyorClient: Leading Residential DeveloperEssentials: 7-10 years post-graduate experience with a PQS or contractor, competency in Cubit, CostX or similar, prior residential experience in Ireland .Location: Site based in West DublinSalary: €70,000 - €80,000Package: Company car/ car allowance, Annual bonuses, pension, health insurance, annual salary reviews, life assurance, income protection, employee profit-sharing scheme, travel schemes and more.Our client, a leading residential developer, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor. Working closely with the Senior QS, you will assist in managing subcontract packages, processing payments, preparing monthly valuations, and reporting on budgets and variations.
  • Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
  • Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
  • Reporting on budgets and variations.
  • Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details.
