They are looking to appoint a seasoned Finishing Foreman / Fitout Manager to complete all internal works for €10M commercial new build. This building project will top out next month with structure roof complete. Ensure the project is completed safely on time and within budget.Oversee and manage all on-site interior fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project timelines. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules. Track material deliveries and equipment usage to avoid delays.Coordinating with designer team, architect and client; managing subcontractors and site teams; monitoring budgets and schedules; ensuring quality and safety standards are met; and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.Salary €70/80K+ with full package including car/allowance etc
