This role is perfect for ambitious graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in technical service, maintenance, and customer support in the medical diagnostics sector.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing first-line technical service to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Performing planned and predictive maintenance on diagnostic instruments.
  • Assisting with hardware and software updates and documentation.
  • Supporting installations and deinstallations of medical equipment.
  • Working closely with lab staff and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Travelling within your service area to support clients.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Bachelor's degree in one of the following:, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering or Robotics a related field.
  • OR
  • A Trade Qualification in Electrical OR Mechanical OR Mechanics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • A proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with analytical tools/software.
