At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Site Manager to join our client's growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for on-site activities, ensuring adherence to programme schedules and quality standards.
Manage site safety, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations.
Collaborate with the Site Engineer to verify the quality and accuracy of works, ensuring timely resolution of defects or non-compliance issues.
Maintain comprehensive site records and ensure documentation is up to date in Procore.

Requirements:

3rd level qualification or trade background with relevant experience
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Manager.
Excellent organisation & time management skills
Proven track record of working to strict timescales, with strong attention to detail
Thorough knowledge of building practices
