Contract Length: 6 months (project-based)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and strategic UX/UI Designer to take a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our client’s new corporate website. Acting as the key link between our client’s internal teams and an external digital agency, you will help drive the successful delivery of a site that balances user needs, business objectives, and technical excellence.This is a hands-on role for a designer who excels at translating complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces while fostering collaboration between diverse stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing

Act as the primary advocate for our client’s internal priorities in all UX and UI discussions with the external digital agency.
Engage with stakeholders across multiple business units to gather insights, understand requirements, and synthesise feedback into actionable design decisions.
Mediate competing priorities to create a clear, rational site structure and content hierarchy.
Shape and refine user journeys to align with business goals, ensuring the site supports lead generation, conversion, and brand storytelling.
Champion best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design, ensuring the final product is inclusive and future-proof.
Collaborate closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation of design concepts.
Provide critical input on wireframes, prototypes, and final designs, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines while optimising for user experience.

What We’re Looking For

A proven track record of delivering UX and UI design for web platforms, supported by a strong portfolio.
Experience leading design conversations and guiding decisions with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable acting as the liaison between internal teams and external agency partners to ensure alignment and clarity.
Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimisation principles.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
A strong grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
