You'll work with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and user-focused solutions that align with both brand and business goals.Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the user journey across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective UX/UI solutions.
Assist in planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform and iterate on design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to support product development.
Maintain consistency by working within established design systems, while contributing to their evolution with fresh ideas and improvements.
Ensure design solutions are accessible, scalable, and responsive across various devices and platforms.

Requirements

A relevant third-level qualification in design or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD).
Experience with user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to guide design decisions.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
Demonstrated experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design documentation.
Familiarity with design systems and their practical implementation.
Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and collaboration skills.
