We are currently seeking a B2B Business Development Manager to drive broker engagement and develop strategic partnerships in Munster.This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing and target-driven professional with a proven track record in sales and business development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in growing market share, strengthening broker relationships, and promoting a diverse portfolio of financial products.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's panel of brokers in Munster and surrounding areas
  • Proactively develop new broker relationships while nurturing and expanding existing partnerships
  • Drive sales performance across the full suite of pension and investment products
  • Provide responsive support and solutions to broker queries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
Requirements:
  • Full QFA qualification is essential; RPA certification is a distinct advantage
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of pensions and investment products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Competent IT skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Full, clean driving licence
