- Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's panel of brokers in Munster and surrounding areas
- Proactively develop new broker relationships while nurturing and expanding existing partnerships
- Drive sales performance across the full suite of pension and investment products
- Provide responsive support and solutions to broker queries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
- Full QFA qualification is essential; RPA certification is a distinct advantage
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of pensions and investment products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
- Competent IT skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Full, clean driving licence
