- Win with presentations: Deliver engaging site visits and proposals that turn prospects into loyal clients.
- Champion revenue growth: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to smash revenue targets and spot new opportunities.
- Stay ahead of trends: Track market shifts and competitor moves, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Deliver client excellence: Be the go-to contact for groups, ensuring a seamless, personalised experience.
- Network & Represent: Fly the flag at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Team up: Work cross-functionally with marketing, revenue, and operations to design standout group packages.
- Harness tech & data: Use digital tools and smart reporting to streamline workflows and track success.
- Champion sustainability: Integrate eco-friendly practices into group offerings, aligning with modern guest expectations.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a proactive sales role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of finding and winning new business and meeting all sales targets and goals
- Strong understanding of MICE market and corporate travel
- Good experience of a variety of CRM/Sales platforms
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skills
- Confident presenter and communicator
