
Restaurant Manager

- Lead the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and coordinate staffing schedules
- Manage stock control and ordering processes
- Plan and implement efficient staff rosters with an emphasis on job rotation and team flexibility
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP standards and maintain high levels of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
- Collaborate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth service
- Engage with key guests and clients to maintain strong relationships and service excellence
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a team

- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Competent in Microsoft Office and restaurant scheduling tools
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant management role with a successful track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
