
Territory Sales Manager (Agri)

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and cultivating new partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, regularly reporting on progress to the sales manager.
- Have a proven track record in agricultural sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural products, technologies, and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role and industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work on their own initiative.
- Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and progress.
- Full clean Driving Licence.
- Competitive Salary OTE €40k (Basic €24k plus commission of €10k (guaranteed €6k for 4months) with additional bonus payments on meeting targets
