πΆ Compensation: Base salary + bonusβ¨ Your role will include:π Generating interest in business solutions through outbound sales and warm leads from marketing initiatives
π‘ Becoming a product expert, handling objections, delivering demos, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle
π― Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the German market through proactive outreach
π Managing your sales pipeline, tracking activities, and maintaining accurate CRM records
π€ Collaborating with cross-functional sales teams to align goals and improve processes
π Achieving and exceeding daily KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced environment
π¬ Engaging with prospects via phone, email, and chat while clearly communicating technical and business value propositionsβ What you'll need:
π©πͺ Fluency in German & English (written and spoken)
π Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role (B2B or telesales preferred)
π Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
π₯ Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM/prospecting tools
π Strong business acumen and understanding of decision-making structures
π£ Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a sales environment
π Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
