πŸ’‘ Becoming a product expert, handling objections, delivering demos, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle
🎯 Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the German market through proactive outreach
πŸ“Š Managing your sales pipeline, tracking activities, and maintaining accurate CRM records
🀝 Collaborating with cross-functional sales teams to align goals and improve processes
πŸš€ Achieving and exceeding daily KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced environment
πŸ’¬ Engaging with prospects via phone, email, and chat while clearly communicating technical and business value propositionsβœ… What you’ll need:
πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ Fluency in German & English (written and spoken)
πŸ“ˆ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role (B2B or telesales preferred)
πŸ† Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
πŸ–₯ Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM/prospecting tools
πŸ“Œ Strong business acumen and understanding of decision-making structures
πŸ—£ Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a sales environment
πŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
