  • Lead technician (“hands on”) leading the SBS team and reporting to the operations manager.
  • Perform general preventative and corrective maintenance (predominantly on the building and the building fabric
  • Ensure work orders are completed in alignment with JLL KPI
  • Ensure all works meet site KPI’s and standards of quality set forth in the client contract.
  • Ensuring all facilities activities and requests are tracked and resolved in timely manner in line with the helpdesk SLA.
  • Ensure all works meet site safety requirements and SPA/RAMS are up to date for works
  • Responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of spare parts on site.
  • Conduct site inspections per current JLL/client expectations
  • Ensures compliance with JLL and client best practice, policies and procedures including Quality and EHS compliance.
  • Develop a close working relationship with key Client stakeholders & partners and vendors
  • Involved in the JLL on site EHS program, including reviewing ATW’s, RAMS, safety awareness, site safety walks etc.
  • Constantly identifying and creating ways to improve efficiency across all facilities related services
  • Report to the Operations manager with solutions and/or recommendations on maintenance issues.
  • Meet and exceed Client relationship and expectation levels
  • High quality service levels for the site
  • Complete all related SBS work orders PMs and CMs for the site
Skills
  • 5 plus years previous facility experience within the maintenance/engineering/utilities/facilities environment.
  • Previous supervision/foreman experience
  • Knowledge and experience of use of maintenance management tools and techniques.
  • Strong MS Skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to think logically in order to problem solve. Evaluate information from problem solving activities.
  • Experience of working in a multi skilled team environment
  • Ability to work to tight timescales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills both written and verbal.
