Join a leading Irish developer that specialises in delivering prestigious residential projects, supported by a dedicated and extremely knowledgeable team. You will report into the Building Services Contracts Manager and be responsible for the management of the M&E services design and installation on high density residential projects.This company has been responsible for high-specification developments and to ensure the highest standard of results, all staff are provided with extensive training and development opportunities. This allows ambitious team members to take on new challenges and continually develop.Keen to make a positive impact outside of construction, they also take their social responsibility very seriously and actively participate in charity initiatives and keenly engage with all stakeholders to ensure seamless construction projects.This is a new role and you will be responsible for leading the management of the M&E Services, Design and Installation across multiple residential projects.lRole responsibilities will include:

Project management of multiple M&E design teams
Strategic planning to ensure M&E systems are in line with handover
Advising and assisting the site construction management teams with respect to M&E processes, product and system selection and onsite risk mitigation
Management of the M&E function across multiple schemes, providing direction to site team to ensure best in class execution of the M&E installation.
Coaching and mentoring junior members of the Building Services Team

Role requirements include:

A third level qualification in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Over 7 years' experience in a similar role
Strong project management along with excellent communication skills
Being happy to travel between sites
