They are committed to developing their team and maintaining a positive and professional working environment.The Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a high standard of service at all times
- Lead, train, and develop a team of bar staff to achieve excellent performance
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensure all health & safety and licensing regulations are strictly adhered to
- Drive sales and implement initiatives to maximise revenue and profitability
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor staff performance and maintain a positive team culture
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives
- Must have experience in Hospitality
- Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
- Visa and relocation packages are not provided
- Salary: €38,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)
