This is an excellent opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to take ownership of day-to-day operations while leading a passionate team in a customer-focused environment.As Hotel & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the bar and hotel services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and commercial success. This role would suit an experienced manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step into a leadership role.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the hotel bar and associated service areasLead, train, and motivate the bar and front-of-house teamsEnsure consistently high standards of customer service and guest satisfactionManage stock control, ordering, and cost managementDrive sales performance and implement initiatives to maximise revenueEnsure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and company proceduresHandle customer feedback and resolve issues professionallyWork closely with senior management to support overall hotel operationsMust-Have RequirementsProven experience working within the hospitality industryExperience in a Hotel & Bar Manager role, or currently operating at a senior supervisory/assistant management level and ready to step forward in your careerStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesCurrently living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of IrelandVisa sponsorship and relocation packages are not providedSalary & BenefitsSalary: Up to €45,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)Opportunities for career progression within the companyAccess to professional development and training programmesA dynamic, supportive, and professional working environment
