Poultry Farm Manager

• Overseeing daily operations
• Ensuring consistent egg quality
• Maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and biosecurity
• Lead a small team
• manage flock health and performance
• Ensure all production targets are met efficiently and ethically

• Experience working in a commercial poultry setting (management experience an advantage)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach
• Knowledge of poultry welfare, health, and environmental control systems
• Basic computer literacy and attention to detail for record-keeping
• Accurate record keeping and compliance with Bord Bia and Department of Agriculture standards
• Experience with automated layer systems (e.g. feeding, egg collection, ventilation)
