We are currently seeking a friendly, proactive, and guest-focused Leisure Centre Attendant to join our award-winning team and support the daily operations of our residents-only Leisure Centre.As a Leisure Centre Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and smooth running of the Leisure Centre and pool. You will provide excellent service to hotel guests and staff using the facility, supporting a range of wellness and fitness activities. A warm and professional manner, along with a commitment to guest satisfaction, is essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Leisure Centre and pool areas.
Ensure guest safety and comfort at all times, adhering to health & safety and pool supervision standards.
Assist guests with equipment, facilities, and any general enquiries.
Support the delivery of wellness-focused activities and services.
Carry out regular checks and report any maintenance or safety issues.
Work collaboratively with the Leisure Centre Manager and wider team to enhance the overall guest experience.

About You:

Previous leisure centre or hospitality experience is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional manner.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritising safety and guest satisfaction.
Lifeguard and/or First Aid qualification is preferred.
