Responsibilities:As a Quantity Surveying Graduate you will support and assist the Project Cost Managers in their duties and to carry out cost research and general department duties. Your day to day role would involve, but would not be limited to the following activities:
  • Estimating & Preconstruction Cost Management
  • Procurement & Tendering
  • Commercial Management of Projects.
Qualifications:
  • Primary Honours / Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in Quantity Surveying / Construction / Engineering or related discipline
  • Proficiency in Cost Management software e.g.:- Buildsoft & CostX, as well as MS Word and Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work in a vibrant multi discipline design environment,
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to produce accurate work to strict project deadlines.
