SSA is recruiting a Junior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a Tier 1 Building Main Contractor, to be based in South Dublin.About the role:Site based on a prestigious residential project, reporting to the Senior QS, you will be responsible for: compiling variation claims and maintaining schedules, preparing CVR reports, cost forecasting, subcontractor procurement and negotiation, contractual correspondence with stakeholders, and much more.About the company:Our client, a Tier 1 Building Contractor, has a track record of delivering landmark projects throughout Ireland.
