- Oversee the accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders across all digital and retail channels.
- Manage inbound and outbound stock movements, store transfers, returns processing, and fault item handling.
- Ensure all goods are handled, stored, and dispatched in line with company and Health & Safety standards.
- Lead the warehouse team by setting clear expectations, assigning tasks, and providing day-to-day support and direction.
- Organise staff rotas and ensure appropriate resource planning for peak periods and promotions.
- Provide hands-on training, performance coaching, and support to build a highly motivated and capable team.
- Implement and monitor new workflows and procedures as directed by the eCommerce Operations Manager.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or risks in daily processes and escalate issues promptly with proposed solutions.
- Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management or inventory systems.
- Conduct regular stock takes, cycle counts, and spot checks to ensure inventory integrity across all channels.
- Liaise with merchandising and store teams to resolve stock discrepancies.
- Uphold Health & Safety and housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse floor.
- Ensure daily compliance checks, logs, and reports are completed and submitted accurately.
- Support the rollout of new systems, technology, and process updates by providing training and enforcing adherence.
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or eCommerce fulfilment supervisory role, ideally in retail or fashion.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
- Proficient in stock control systems and confident using computers and handheld devices for warehouse operations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Health & Safety and manual handling practices.
