
Global Procurement Category Manager Indirect

- Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for a major global category with up to 300M spend.
- Align global procurement strategies with regional needs and business objectives
- Drive performance on key metrics such as cost optimisation, supplier rationalisation, compliance, and working capital
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts with a focus on performance, risk, and data security
- Guide and mentor regional category teams, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement
- Foster adoption of internal tools and preferred suppliers through stakeholder engagement
- 10+ years' experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain management, ideally with a global or regional remit
- Demonstrated expertise in managing indirect procurement categories such as travel within a complex international business
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills across multiple functions and geographies
- Proven track record of driving cost savings, compliance, and process improvements
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative leadership style
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools
- A relevant Master's degree (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Procurement) is preferred
