Our client, a leading Waterford hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) to join their Theatre Services team.This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of peri-operative care. The CNM2 will coordinate and supervise nursing and support staff, maintain high clinical standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Theatre department.Requirements

NMBI Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, including 2 years' management experience in a Theatre setting
Post-graduate qualification in Peri-Operative Nursing and/or Healthcare Management is an advantage
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
