Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for multiple projects.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure deadlines and project requirements are met.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Apply current Irish building regulations across all projects.
Work on government-funded projects.
Ensure all documentation meets required standards and specifications.
Healthcare experience is highly desirable but not essential.
Contribute to the design and delivery of healthcare facilities.

What Skills You Need

A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
A strong technical drawing portfolio is required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related software.
Up-to-date knowledge of Irish building regulations and standards.
Experience working on government projects and compliance processes.
Experience in healthcare + education, public works or data centre projects is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
