- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing attends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align strategies and drive growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Cold call prospects, pitching company services.
- To identify, target and develop new business opportunities for proAV in Support Services.
- Identify support service project opportunities and qualify each opportunity.
- Tracking of existing contracts held by proAV competitors to enable service sales team to plan strategy for contract renewals.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Research and manage sales leads.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Ongoing reporting to Line Management as required.
- Interfacing with specialist consultants.
- Develop and maintain intelligence and personal knowledge of priority sectors, market trends and routes to market for improved effectiveness within a sales support function.
- Targeting fit out contractors, PM companies and any other relevant construction professionals.
- Targeting new end user clients.
