- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors across multiple legal disciplines.
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
- Managing client files, both physical and electronic, with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner.
- Diary management, scheduling appointments, and handling telephone queries.
- Assisting with the preparation of legal forms and documentation for conveyancing and probate matters.
- At least 3 years' experience working as a legal secretary.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures in Wills, Probate, Conveyancing, and Litigation.
- Excellent typing and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and courteous communication skills.
